Will a tankless unit really never run out of hot water?

It heats water as you use it rather than storing a limited supply, so as long as it is sized correctly for your home it will keep up with normal, and even back-to-back, use.

Can you install tankless in a home that currently has a tank?

Yes, this is one of our most common installations. It may require some venting and gas line adjustments, which we will assess and quote upfront.

How often does a tankless water heater need maintenance?

We recommend a flush and inspection once a year, especially in areas with hard water, to keep it running efficiently and protect the warranty.
